WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MICROSCOPE

HOW DOES A MICROSCOPE WORKS       A microscope is used to see tiny objects with accurate detail. A microscope consists of two convex lenses one with shorter focal length and other with longer focal length. The lens with shorter focal length is kept near the object and is called objective lens or objective piece. The one with larger focal length is kept near the eye and is called as eye lens or eye piece. Working principle       The objective lens is pleased in such a way that the object falls at a distance greater than the focal length(f),a real and enlarged image is formed beyond center of curvature(2f). This image acts as the object for the eye lens. The position of the eye lens is adjusted in such a way that the image is formed between the focal length and the optic center. A virtual and enlarged image is formed on the same side of the image. Thus we get an enlarged image of the object.

WHY DO MAMMALIAN RBC'S LACK CELL ORGANELS           All mature mammalian RBC's doesn't have cell organelles. Mature mammalian RBC's doesn't have a nucleus because with the absence of nucleus, the ceol gets a unique bi-concave disc shaped body and thus the surface area of the cell increases if there is no nucleus in it. They do not have endoplasmic reticulum because without endoplasmic reticulum, they can travel through even narrow capillaries. The absence of mitochondria helps the cell to carry more oxygen.
